Snowdrops
Snowdrops is a French-based chamber duo, created in 2014 to produce music for films, theatre, plays and dance. They have been responsible for many special performances including ‘Opéra de Lyon’ in 2015 and Archaeological Crypt of Paris in 2016.
They composed the 2018 original score to Phuttiphong Aroonpheng’s film ‘Manta Ray’, which won several awards including Best Film in the Orizzonti section at the Venice Film Festival.
The prolific duo have been involved in numerous projects as a group and as solo artists too. Christine Ott has released several solo and collaborative projects on top of her live performances with an array of leading contemporary musicians. 2021 saw Christine’s ‘Time to Die’ released to great reviews and they recently worked as a trio with Ophir Levy on their first album as Theodore Wild Ride.
